Blue Earl

First flush Darjeelings, harvested in spring, are famous for their fresh, delicate taste and light, floral aroma. Adding bergamot oil gives our BLUE EARL a refreshing citrus note. The blue cornflower petals give this delicious Earl Grey variation its name and unique appearance.

The preparation

The floral character of First Flush Darjeelings is best revealed when prepared carefully with water that is not boiling hot, as the lower temperatures bring out the delicate aromas.
