The preparation

All our Iced teas can be brewed cold. Simply put the tea leaves in a pitcher, infuse it with cold water, and let it steep at room temperature. After that, strain the leaves and chill the Iced tea in the fridge. Serve with ice cubes if you like.

Perfect Sundowner is an organic fruit tea blend for iced tea, made with apple, hibiscus, elderberries and peppermint. This naturally caffeine-free recipe was specially developed for cold brewing and offers a refreshing summer alternative to classic soft drinks.
Perfect Sundowner has a fruity, gently tangy and pleasantly fresh flavour. Apple and red fruits meet floral elder blossom and a cool hint of peppermint, making it ideal for a refreshing break on warm days.
Perfect Sundowner is ideal for cold brewing and is especially easy to prepare with cold water. Use 7 teaspoons or 15 g of tea per 1000 ml of water. Leave the blend to infuse for 20 minutes at around 20 °C, then strain it, chill the iced tea briefly in the fridge and serve with ice cubes if you like. Alternatively, you can prepare this organic iced tea blend in the classic way with hot water and let it cool afterwards. This allows you to choose the preparation method that best suits your taste.
